The Barn was custom built by the current owners and takes into account everything a barn could need.  The 24 stalls are 12'x 12.5' and have Dutch doors and drop down windows.  Each stall has a comfort mat and private tack locker.  In addition there is a managers office, restroom, tack room, feed room and wash stall with hot and cold water.
